Funding Structure

Doctoral students in the Department of Religious Studies are included in Yale’s funding package for graduate students in the Humanities. Students typically teach in their 3rd, 4th, and 6th year although in individual cases some students will take their University Dissertation Fellowship either earlier or later than the 5th year.
