Linden is a third-year doctoral student in theology. His work explores discourses of human freedom and redemption in Black theo-politics, drawing on insights from liberation theologies, womanist theology, fugitivity studies, Black feminist and literary theory, and Afro-musicology. His broader research interests include theological anthropology, eschatology, Christology, and theological aesthetics.
Linden holds a BA from George Mason University, a JD from The George Washington University, and an MDiv from Emory University’s Candler School of Theology.
