Faculty Panel on Covid-19 Ethics Issues

Please join Dean Greg Sterling and a panel of YDS faculty members for an online discussion on Tuesday, May 26, exploring ethics issues raised by the Covid-19 pandemic.
The event will be recorded in advance and broadcast at 5:30 on the 26th on the Divinity School’s Livestream channel ( https://livestream.com/yaledivinityschool/events/9127131)
Dean Sterling will moderate, and the following four professors will speak on the panel:
• John Hare, Noah Porter Professor of Philosophical Theology
• Jennifer Herdt, Gilbert L. Stark Professor of Christian Ethics, Senior Associate Dean of Academic Affairs
• Willie Jennings, Associate Professor of Systematic Theology and Africana Studies
• Kathryn Tanner, Frederick Marquand Professor of Systematic Theology
Although audience members will not be interacting with the panel in real time, they are invited to submit questions in advance by sending an email to Communications Director Tom Krattenmaker (tom.krattenmaker@yale.edu) by the end of the day on Tuesday, May 19. All questions will be considered for inclusion in the discussion.
