A pre-concert lecture, “Sacred Love Songs and Royal Jubilation: Bach’s Christmas Oratorio and its History” will be offered by Professor Markus Rathey at 6:30 pm in Sheffield-Sterling-Strathcona Hall, room 114. Rathey is the Robert S. Tangeman Professor in the Practice of Music History at Yale
