Event description: 

Since April 1991, Dennis Frado has been the Director of the Lutheran Office for World Community, an office of the Global Mission unit of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA), and is responsible for the public policy advocacy of the church to international organizations on issues such as human rights, world order and economic justice. He also serves as Main Representative of The Lutheran World Federation (LWF) at United Nations Headquarters and has assisted the LWF at most of its annual meetings and assemblies since 1984.
