Event description:
The YDS community is invited to join the greater New Haven community for a special reception at the Divinity School on Friday, March 8, to celebrate the installation of a new feminist art exhibition at YDS. The event will take place from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the Old Common Room and along the first-floor hallway on the north side of the Quad.
The reception will celebrate the opening of “Complicit: Erasure of the Body,” which will be on display at YDS from March 3 to March 31.
The exhibit, which includes drawing, painting, sculpture, film, and more by more than 150 artists is curated by Laura Worden ’19 M.A.R. in conjunction with the arts-and-activism group Nasty Women Connecticut.
